Commentary:

It’s where fortune eggs come from. Obviously fortune eggs aren’t natural. There is no bird that lays fortunes inside of eggs. So a large machine in the middle of the desert that spews noxious fumes at all hours is their true origin. This is news to our heroes, but they take it rather well.
