Grumble

Commentary:

This is the first in a series called “Red Pops Up Somewhere Strange”. The carrot greens are brown here, which carries over to the color of leaves on trees later on. This is a community garden that everyone in the town uses. They can’t get all of their food from Magenta. It’s not even clear what everyone’s job is, so they need some way to get food that doesn’t involve buying it.
