They’re insulting each other’s foreheads, you see. They both have really big foreheads.

That panel with Red is supposed to be like one of those Ren & Stimpy closeups, though obviously not quite to the disturbing degree that they got. But Red’s interjection about his looks could provide a useful distraction for Green.
