And here is the meat of the whole nefarious plot. Free of interference from the locals, Black and White can go around collecting color directly from the landscape, maximizing their color cube production while creating a bizarre monochrome landscape that they seem to enjoy. Again, not all of their people are like that. Their homeland is actually quite colorful at times. But these two are just crazy villains.
